You interact with the system entirely through simple text messages and WhatsApp alerts. We handle the technical heavy lifting so you can focus on the tools.

It covers everything needed to keep your business engine running smoothly. This includes the hosting and maintenance of your digital shopfront, the subscription costs for the CRM and automation software, automated invoicing tools, and our management of the system to ensure leads and jobs are flowing properly.

We believe in proving our value before you pay our retainer. We will build your entire system for free. You simply cover the direct third-party software/hosting costs (usually £30-£50). We run the system for 30 days. When it successfully saves you hours of admin and lands you new jobs, we transition you to the standard monthly retainer.

No. We don’t believe in trapping tradespeople in multi-year contracts. Harkitek operates on a rolling monthly retainer. You are paying for ongoing peace of mind, and if you ever want to leave, you can cancel at any time with a standard 30-day notice.

If you already have a website, we can either optimize it to connect to our Engine or build you a much faster, cleaner one. We will always route your existing business number into the new system so you don’t lose any past clients or established branding.

You do. 100%. We act solely as the managers of your system. Your leads, customer lists, and financial data belong entirely to you. If you ever decide to leave Harkitek, we will provide a full export of your CRM data so you can take it with you.
