  • Our Role: Harkitek acts strictly as a Data Processor for the customer leads that flow through the systems we build. You (the tradesperson) remain the Data Controller.
  • The Data: This includes inquiries submitted via your website forms, such as customer names, phone numbers, job descriptions, and postcodes.
  • Usage Restrictions: We process this data solely on your instructions to run the automated Telegram/WhatsApp alerts and maintain your Google Sheets database.
  • No Third-Party Exploitation: Harkitek will never sell, mine, rent, or independently market to your end-customers. If an end-consumer has an inquiry about their data, they must contact the tradesperson they requested the quote from.
